COVID-19 UPDATE 

FIRST, WE WANT TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT DURING THIS PANDEMIC AND TRUSTING US WITH YOUR ORDERS!

WITH THAT BEING SAID WE ARE HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE ARE FINALLY OPEN FOR IN STORE ORDERS! WE WOULD LIKE TO STILL HAVE ORDERS BE PLACED ONLINE USING OUR ONLINE DESIGN PROGRAM - BUT WE KNOW THAT IS NOT THE BEST WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS WHEN THIS IS A PERSONAL PRODUCT OR A BUSINESS PRODUCT YOU ARE ORDERING.

THE BELOW WILL BE IN PLACE FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW-

  1. In Store Orders should schedule an appointment -

    • With the size of our store front and to comply with the state guidance of socially distancing ​​​.

    • Appointments can be either in person on via Skype - Zoom - FaceTime - Phone Call - or another video service you may suggest. ( Ideally at this time we prefer all meetings to be electronically to ensure the team in store working on your orders stay healthy so we can continue to service the area.)

    • While doing the electronic meeting or in store meeting we will be utilizing our online design software to create your designs and provide you with a sample image of how it will look! 

  2. When entering the store we will ask that all guests wear a face mask for their entire visit. This will continue for the time being and will update if anything changes.

  3. Finally, we will be taking will be asking the following questions when setting an in store appointment. If you can answer yes to any of the following we will ask that we conduct a meeting over the phone or electronically. If you are looking to pick up an order we will contact you and schedule pick up location.

    • Have you or anyone in your household had a viral illness in the last 14 days?

    • Are you feeling ill?

    • Have you or anyone in your household recently traveled internationally?   If so where, when, and were you screened leaving destination and/or upon re-entry to the U.S.?

    • Have you or anyone in your household recently traveled by cruise ship?

    • Have you or anyone in your household recently traveled by commercial airline within the US in the last 7 days?  If so where, when, and did screening take place?

    • Have you or anyone in your household participated in interactions/gatherings of 10 or more outside of immediate family household in the last 14 days?  (This does not include essential places of business or accessing essential food, supplies, etc. that are permitted within city/state such as a grocery /convenience store.)  If so, where and when?

    • Have you or anyone in your household been in contact with anyone who has been quarantined and /or diagnosed with COVID-19 or exhibited symptoms of the virus in the last 14 days?
